  • Community Impact Information (Voluntary): For unhoused individuals we serve, we may collect demographic information via surveys: veteran status, senior status, LGBTQ+ membership, gender identity, BIPOC identification, disability status. Participation is voluntary; donors/volunteers are not surveyed.

2. How We Use Information

  • Process donations and merchandise purchases.

  • Share updates about programs, events, and impact.

  • Respond to inquiries and provide resources.

  • Measure program effectiveness and impact on the unhoused community using aggregate, anonymized survey data.

  • Surveys are voluntary and directed only at unhoused participants.

  • Responses are stored securely, anonymized, and analyzed in aggregate.

  • Aggregate data helps improve programs without identifying individuals.
